Connect directly with employers hiring for summer roles through our interactive virtual recruitment sessions. These sessions go beyond job postings, giving you the chance to learn about organizations, explore opportunities and ask questions in real time.

Format: 40-minute sessions, including a 20-minute presentation followed by a 20-minute live Q&A

Bayshore is one of Canada's leading healthcare providers, offering Nursing Students valuable hands-on experience through our summer PSW program. This seasonal opportunity is designed to strengthen clinical judgement, skill sets, and professional confidence. 

Our participants are from all age groups.

General tips for virtual sessions:  

• Know the platform (Zoom, MS Teams, phone, etc.) and test it in advance.
• Choose a quiet, well-lit space with a professional background.
• Position your camera at eye level, with your head and shoulderscentredon screen.
• Turn off phone and email notifications.
• Dress as you would for an in-person interview.
• Be yourself. Remember to smile. This will project a positive tone in your voice.
• Speak slowly and clearly, pausing briefly before answering.
• Keep your resume and key organization/industry facts within reach for easy reference.
