Procrastination affects us all, and it can be a challenging cycle to break. To-do lists can feel never-ending. Just the thought of locking in can be exhausting. That big assignment you promised to start early? Still untouched. Important emails? Forgotten (again). Join us for Command Your Calendar to break the cycle and stay on track.
Command Your Calendar is about building practical systems and habits that reduce stress and help you feel in control--with help from some tools and resources recommended by our writing and academic skills experts.
Attend if you want to:
- Create a reflective practice to celebrate wins, identify growth areas and set realistic intentions.
- Organize dates and deadlines into a clear, actionable calendar.
- Prioritize competing tasks so you feel confident about where your time goes.
- Manage email clutter and use tools like flags and pins to stay on top of important messages.
- Discover how gen AI tools like Microsoft Copilot can support planning and reflection, making progress a regular occurrence.
