Food and grocery shopping can be challenging in a new environment. The International Student Services in partnership with the Student Wellness Centre will be hosting an international food and grocery tour in Hamilton. Register to participate in

• Free food tastings
• Free charter bus tour of three international grocers in Hamilton (AfroCan Supermarket, Nations, Farmer's Market, Latin Foods and Products)
• Tips on how to save money while grocery shopping
• Tips to find spices and foods from other countries
• Meeting other international students

You are welcome to buy dry foods or ingredients that will travel well for the duration of the event. We will be providing a bus for students

Please note this is an event for international students and newcomers to Canada.
