Does your organization need help finding the right candidates for your open positions? Do you want to expand your recruitment processes with a proven strategy for facilitating employer-job seeker connections - On September 17, 2026, join us at McMaster University's Fall Career Fair, your chance to connect with a diverse audience of talented students, grad students and alumni from all Faculties.
The in person Fall Career Fair registration is open now! It will take place in the McMaster University David Braley Athletic Centre in Sport Hall.

Employer Booth: Regular price $600 plus HST.
If you are part of a not-for-profit organization or a small business (fewer than 20 employees), you can register at the reduced fee of $400 (CAD) plus HST.
By participating in the fair, you will be able to:
- Showcase your organization to attract attendees to your on site booth.
- Accept attendee resumes in real time.
- Advertise your organization's open jobs, presentations, videos and more.
- Chat with potential candidates one-on-one
- Connect with current McMaster students and recent grads
Registration Includes:
- Breakfast and lunch (max. 4 representatives)
- Additional reps will incur a $30 fee (covers breakfast/lunch)
- Maximum of 2 parking passes for the day
- Additional parking passes are available at a $20.00 per vehicle.
- Targeted campus-wide advertising of the Fair (posters, email campaigns, social media etc)
- Wifi access
Booth Details:
- One skirted six-foot table
- Two chairs
- 8' x 8' Booth Space
- Electrical outlets are available for $70 and must be ordered at the time of registration

Get funding through the Student Work Placement Program
The Student Work Placement Program (SWPP) brings together employers, students and the McMaster community to create quality work-integrated learning opportunities that benefit both employers and students. The program provides employers with wage subsidies to hire post-secondary students for paid work experiences.
The Student Success Centre's Diversity and Inclusion Awards may be available for employers who hire eligible students and alumni from the Career Access Professional Services (CAPS) and International Student Work Opportunity (ISWO) programs. Funds may be available to support students and alumni participating in co-op positions, internships, placements, volunteering and employment.

Cancellation and Refunds
Refund and cancellation requests must be emailed to tfinell@mcmaster.ca; such requests are subject to charges based on the time of cancellation.
Registrations cancelled before August 24, 2026, will receive a full refund.
Registrations cancelled After August 25 and prior to September 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
Any cancellations after September 1, 2026, will not be refundable.
No refunds will be issued for an organization's failure to attend the event.
No third party recruiters or subletting of space at the Fair is permitted.
